Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

La FA House

Quiet country house, on the edge of the village. Calm guaranteed! A master suite with a 160 cm bed and bathroom with bathtub 3 other bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed and a 120 cm bed. Bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Large living room and large kitchen. Wooden terrace with pool and shaded area for lunch. Large south-facing garden, unobstructed view (over the village 400 m away) Pool Small lounges, sun loungers and shaded corners to relax

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.
