Located 10 minutes from Lake Geneva and 25 minutes from the ski slopes, the studio is located in a recent villa. Ideally located, on the edge of the town woods of Thonon. the recently furnished 25m2 studio is very well equipped and benefits from a small terrace. Thonon is a 5-minute drive away and the small shops in the village center are 3 km away. The entrance is independent, all the closets in the studio are available, except for the one in the entrance which contains personal belongings.

The apartment consists of a bedroom-suite with 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet.
