At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Auf der Insel Euböa befindet sich das malerische Dorf Styra. Am oberen Dorfrand liegt unser Ferienhaus von wo man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

Είμαστε ζωγράφοι - αγιογράφοι και αγαπάμε την χειροτεχνία και την φύση. Σε 20 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο πολλές επιλογές για μπάνιο. Κοντά σε supermarket, ταβέρνες , καφέ, πολύ κοντά στο Αυλωνάρι.
