A corner of heaven. The whole place is beautiful, the forest, Barbara's garden, the road that leads to it. So, the little hut! Falling asleep under the stars and getting up in the sunshine, all with only the sound of the wind on the trees and birds in the morning, is magical. An experience to live absolutely. I also had the breakfasts and dinners prepared by Barbara so as not to have to leave the place and be able to enjoy it as much as possible. I highly recommend it, especially the breakfast, the fresh fruit salad from her garden, which alone is worth it. Thank you Barbara for sharing this little corner of paradise. See you soon, I hope!

Very welcoming place, surrounded by nature, which provides a relaxing stay! From the reception to the room, everything was very organized and sanitized. Dinner was well served with the disposition of a fantastic team. We cannot fail to mention the employee Erika for the helpful service she provided throughout the stay. Without a doubt, an experience to be repeated, as we left the place with immense nostalgia.

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

We had a great stay at Catarinas home, we stayed for a few weeks over the summer in between travel and it was the perfect downtime spot. The home and area was very peaceful, and quiet. Shops were about a 10 minute drive, and there was a rec centre nearby which was nice to go swimming at. We stayed for the month of august which was very hot but the home remained cool inside. Thank you for everything!
