Holiday rentals with beach access in Almuñécar

The apartment is as in the photos with easy street parking (free except July/August). The views from the terrace are incredible and we will miss the bed/pillow because of how comfortable they were. The walls are a bit of paper, but you can rest very well at night. There is a dog beach nearby, a cove two steps away and the large one a 5-minute walk away. It was a last-minute reservation and they had it ready in a short time, in addition to letting us take the dog. If we return to the area, we will repeat for sure.

This apartment is truly a place to relax and recharge! Super quiet and with a beautiful green environment. There is a lemon tree in the garden and occasionally mountain goats came by to graze. The terrace is a dream, the view of the sea and the different moods of daylight is simply magical. Brigitte, who looked after us, was always very friendly, helpful and responded immediately. The path to the sea and then back was rather too long with our kids, so we usually took the car and used the numerous parking spaces directly on the sea. The surroundings are picturesque and since we were there in May, we could marvel at the beautiful flowers. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back or recommend the apartment:-)

A breathtaking view on a very large, super well-equipped terrace. The kitchen was very, very well equipped. Much better equipped than any Airbnb I've rented before. What about the smell of the towels and sheets! Divine... We relaxed and regained our energy to continue our journey. Thanks again

This is such a beautiful and quiet apartment. We felt right at peace as soon as we arrived. Beautiful vistas, easy access to the pool, very clean and well equipped apartment. Highly recommended.

The big plus of this apartment is the beautiful glass balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, the kitchen is well equipped, kitchen background worthy of the name. Simple and comfortable apartment. Only one thing should be improved, the provision of quality bedding, the sheets have reached the end of their life.

A very relaxing week. The apartment is very close to the beach, which you can access from the urbanization. The pool is quiet and closer to the apartment. The guide that AJ sent us very useful. We were very comfortable!

We had an unforgettable stay at Jane's house. Jane and Philippe were wonderful hosts, who welcomed us, and recommended different restaurants, and even booked two restaurants upon our arrival, including one with a Flamenco show. The village of Salobrena is so picturesque, pretty. Jane's house is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the best of this rental is the rooftop terrace. we spent a lot of time there. we would highly recommend this place, and will be happy to come back.

We are enjoyed our short, off-season stay very much. The property is located a short drive from La Herradura town center with lots of local restaurants and shops. The property is as described, with all the amenities provided. The terrace is speclacurar with breathtaking views. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the apartment for a week in may 2025. The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious, with lots of amenities including washing machine and cleaning products. The local area is picturesque and easy to navigate, everything nearby. The apartment is on the top of a very steep hill so hiring a car was essential with small children. The pool was in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and mountains and had toilets and eating facilities. Unfortunately the pool was a little cold for this time of year, which with small children ment we spent more time at the beach then in the pool. We still enjoyed time in the pool making friends, but not as much as we hoped. Local restaurants (Mariano's at the bottom of the hill to the left) was incredible and we ate there 3 nights. Robert and Theresa were super helpful and answered every question we had, as soon as they could. The beds were comfy and bedding was clean and light. We will be recommending to friends and family. The house as well as the photos of the listing, quiet area, the beach very close, with air conditioning in all rooms and dining room, garage that took three cars. The restaurant and supermarket area is nearby. Everything was very clean. We were very comfortable. Definitely 100% recommended.

As a solo traveller who had never been to Salobreña nor the surrounding area, I took a leap of faith which thankfully paid off tenfold and have just spent an unforgettable month in this most spectacular part of Southern Spain. Amandava is a stunning home which has been lovingly restored by two people with exquisite taste. Everything was perfect, the location, the luxurious soft furnishings, the spectacular views from the terrace - all in all a beautiful Airbnb which I highly recommend. Perhaps the most perfect thing of all is the hosts - a truly special couple who could not do enough to make my stay an absolutely wonderful experience. The wealth of information provided prior to my visit, the warm welcome on arrival and the excellent communication throughout my stay made me feel most welcome and confident in the knowledge that any query would be responded to in the most kind and helpful manner. Do not hesitate to book this absolute gem of a home. I hope to return someday soon.

If you have a big family and a car this should be your choice! The house is gorgeous and in an absolutely beautiful area. Very close to the beach and only 10-15min by car from local the closest towns. There are some restaurants close to the house but they tend to close a bit earlier, but that is fine given how close the house is to other big cities like Málaga, Granada, etc.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, functional and tastefully furnished. Of course, we particularly liked the incomparable sea view from the large terrace. We were even able to observe many dolphins on several days. Particularly noteworthy is the great amenities of the apartment, great kitchen, Jacuzzi, grill, and in the playroom, sups, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. Everything you need on vacation was available and everything in the best quality and with great instruction and therefore easy to use, The communication with Fredrik and Camilla was perfect, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Perfect place for vacation

Lovely apartment which matched the photos. Nice and comfortable with a lot of space. We were out of season so pool closed . Small walk to a dark sand beach with a couple of restaurants. A car is needed to reach supermarket as no shops nearby. A nice quiet stay for us after a 10 day road trip. Thanks

Antonio's apartment was fantastic! It is a literal two minute walk to get to the beach from the apartment. The apartment itself is perfect for 2 people with a beautiful balcony where you have a gorgeous view of the sea. Everything was impeccably clean with a very comfy couch in the sitting room. It's around an 8 min walk to the busier part of town, so it's lovely and quiet at night. All you can hear is the sound of the waves when you're going to sleep at night. Other pros: very friendly staff at reception and a delicious churros y patatas shop a 5 min walk away for the most amazing churros y chocolate for breakfast.

This accommodation was a real experience. Manuel is a really great and reliable host. The apartment is well located. We were very pleased with the grill on the terrace. I can only recommend this place.

The photos don't do the view justice, it's spectacular! We enjoyed walking down to the beach, taking in the views from the terrace and even just hanging out in the condo during a rainy day. We ate at a couple of the walking distance restaurants and also cooked in the condo several days. This home is a good base for exploring the area. Everything was clean, kitchen well supplied and beds were comfortable. We did experience some water seeping in under the glass doors during a heavy rain but Karl assured us the problem would be taken care of. Overall, I would stay here again!
