In summertime when it can become hot, the apartment still feels cool and nice. Short walk to tavernas, bars, gift shops, groceries, pharmacy and more. The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Eine süß eingerichtete Wohnung direkt am Meer. Um zur nächstgelegenen Badestelle zu gelangen, läuft man ca. 5-7min. durch den netten Ort. Ioanna ist sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Problemen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in ihrer Wohnung! Gerne wieder!

We had such a great stay! We were so close to the water but also close to markets and restaurants. Dimitri was incredibly helpful and was there when we checked in and when we checked out, despite the fact that we got in quite late. Would highly recommend!

This is a lovely little apartment. There is a children's play area right outside so the kids could go and play while we were getting ready. Perfect! The beach is literally across the road and lots of lovely places to eat. We went in May so it was quieter, which we loved. You can visit lovely villages if you have a hire car. Vamos was really beautiful with traditional Greek places to eat at. Crete is such a lovely place to visit.

From the minute we walked in the door until the last second we were there, Maria’s place impressed us. The views are stunning!! Every room has a balcony with a view. The view from the kitchen window above the sink and the outdoor sitting area next to the kitchen was magnificent. Everything was pristine, from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the outdoor areas. The bedrooms have double doors with pullout screens and roll down security/weather shutters. Thami Villa really was everything we hoped it would be and Maria was always responsive, helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to return!!!

Super séjour chez Panos. Logement conforme aux photos, emplacement de qualité avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Facile pour se garer. Le Rooftop de l’appartement est juste wahouhhh. Panos est super accueillant avec plein de petites attentions, il a attendu tard notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr!!🤗

Charming house 8 minutes walk from Almyrida beach

This was a family vacation for us. We had an opportunity to stay for the entire month of April. How lucky is that. Once we got to the village my GPS couldn’t find the property and Antonis met us and took us to the property. The home was as described. It was very nice and perfect size. The beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby. The primary bedroom and bath are a good size. Both additional bedrooms are a good size as well. The outside has a nice table that seats 6 and 4 lounge chairs. I would recommend this home and if I come back to this village I would rent it again.

House is utterly charming and authentically Greek village style atmosphere. Private entry courtyard is lovely with garden. Felt very at home and cozy with everything I needed. And so close to town! Dimitrios was very helpful. Even had yoga mat!
