Benjamin was so helpful! We had a little trouble with the pool, but he was very kind and took care of it right away. The place was spotless! We relaxed and enjoyed the peace and quiet! I would definitely go there again. Thank you for being such a great host!

Beautiful home and perfect for our extended family weekend. The pool was such a nice treat and able to walk everywhere. Only one shower requires coordination - but we managed! The only watchout is that, while the kitchen has great glasses and dish ware, it isn’t very well stocked for cooking - just the basic pans and no spices.

Bill was the most attentive host we’ve ever had. He’s personable and communicates well and truly wants to make sure your needs are met. He met us at the cottage and did an in-person orientation of the home. I felt comfortable texting him if any questions came up later. This was a beautiful home and very well cared for.

Me and my wife and daughter had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful home for three days! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the cozy ambiance and impeccable decor. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The spacious living areas provided plenty of room to relax, and the natural light streaming through the windows made everything feel so warm and inviting. The home was equipped with everything we could possibly need — from a fully stocked kitchen to plush towels and comfortable beds that ensured we slept soundly each night. The outdoor space with the pool was an added bonus, perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. It’s clear that the hosts truly care about their guests’ experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming, relaxing, and comfortable place to stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Great location for kayakers! Pool table, Corn hole set, and fire pit on site provided plenty of other options for recreation. Beds were comfortable. Great area! Lovell Riverside Bar is a great place at the other end of Lovell street.

It was very beautiful. Everything was very clean and easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a GREAT location. Beautiful view. Very peaceful. This is a GREAT place for a quiet getaway but close enough to get out in nature and do things. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The house is comfortable and inviting, the bed we slept in was comfortable. There are plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching birds from the deck, along the driveway, and on the nearby trail. The house is located not far from Alpena, which is fun to visit, and there are many parks and beaches nearby. It was nice to drive north as well, and to explore the Presque Isle area. We saw beautiful wildflowers and had gorgeous beaches to ourselves. (We visited in May.) we had a wonderful stay.

The house was exactly as described and available at the last minute, thank goodness! Laura was kind and responsive. Everything was clean and comfortable. In fact, it was so nice that I have already booked another stay!

We had a GREAT family getaway! The home was beautiful, close to the beach, and a peaceful haven to refresh as a family! Ivonne was very helpful and quick to respond. She provided great recommendations for Oscoda and left so many helpful extras to make our stay easier. We loved it and hope to return again soon!

An excellent and peaceful stay with beautiful lake views, accomodations that make it easy to feel right at home and excellent additions to bring your stay over the top like the barrel sauna!

When we arrived it was easy to get into the house, the code was easy to remember and the home was clean. We enjoyed our time there, it was just over too soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bo’s place. It was exactly what we were looking for. Matched the description too. It was such a cute, clean and comfy home away from home. We look forward to booking another weekend getaway there. We love to fish and it was so nice having just a few minute drive to get on the AuSable river. The sunrise in the morning…. Right off our balcony, was breathtaking! Thanks Bo for being such a great host and sharing your little piece of heaven with us!!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was super clean, there is plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the spacious deck and beautiful beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more pleased with this B&B!! It was exactly fit what we envisioned for our private little getaway following our wedding! It was so peaceful and relaxing, especially having the warm hot tub while we admired the gorgeous lakefront view!! Extremely kind hosts as well!! Couldn’t have been more pleased all around!! We cannot wait to come back!!

This is a fantastic home just a few steps from Hubbard Lake. My wife and two adult children stayed here for an extra long Memorial weekend. It was easy to find and easy to gain access. The home is very clean, very quiet, and quite comfortable. The kitchen looks brand new and has very modern appliances. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and private. We especially enjoyed all the little touches provided by the hosts: big beach towels, a s'mores basket, extra toiletries, many games, etc. The owners are communicative and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

Jessica thought of everything for this place! It looks exactly like the pictures. The sunroom is the best part. The lighting and ceiling fans in all the rooms is great. The coffee bar, wine bar, and games were really thoughtful. It was so clean. The place is peaceful. It was just me, my boyfriend and our dog but they have this listing set up for a bigger group of people and it is also very kid friendly. If you’re thinking about booking, do it now.

John provides a great experience for anyone wanting to experience fun on the water to sunrise and sunsets. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. He provided everything he said in the description. He stopped by when we were out and chatted for a few. Asked if we needed anything. We highly rexommend and will come back in the future.

Mitch was an absolute amazing host and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for an Ice fishing trip! If you love to fish and need a heated garage this is the place for you!

First off, I knew after seeing the funny aliens in the photos that this place was the fun and welcoming home to stay at and was first on the list when we were deciding. This place has all the charm, comfort and brings the joy, all the things that you could ask for. It was a perfect place for what we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves while visiting Tawas City and super duper comfortable & cozy too! Melissa, is an amazing host, wonderfully friendly, detailed, very helpful and quick to reply, as well as making sure we were having the best time while visiting. We cannot wait to visit again and for a longer stay this time so we have more time to enjoy all the fun things Melissa created to make our visit even more fun and hopefully bring our adult son too.
