In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. In direct connection to the friend and 12 km drive into the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
