On the ground floor of the accommodation (41m2) we find the room formed by the living area, dining room and kitchen, this last one with a disposition in peninsula that confers great spaciousness and functionality to the entire space. This entire space also has important natural light that is filtered through the 3 existing windows. The entire floor of the accommodation is top quality porcelain and large format, with cold/heat radiant system that allows temperature regulation by the customer. My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed).
