In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, you will find this cozy cottage. A ten-minute walk will take you to Trångsund's center with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaner, shoemaker and simple restaurants. In the same amount of time, you can walk to the nearest swimming area or the popular café and restaurant Villa Printz. The cottage is located right on the edge of the forest, next to a hiking trail. From here, you can hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn, both foxes and deer and hares often pass by.

Brand new apartment in the villa! Sleeps 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with about 300 meters to the forest. The house is perfect for families with children or guests who like to cycle, hike and run in nature. Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. Only 10 minutes from Avicii Arena/3Arena and 20 minutes from Stockholm City, you will live in a quiet townhouse area with good public transport and free parking. Public transport departs constantly from the bus station, which is 2 minutes away from the residence. Here you live close to nature as well as the pulse of the city. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

Welcome to a detached mini-house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, by agreement.
