The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the permit. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which is 100 m from the house (sandy beach & jetties). We rent out this little charming house with sea view. Perfect for those who want to be close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right next to the Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower and a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and the possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motorboat that is located in the harbor in front of the house.

Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.
