TV with Chromecast. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 minutes to a swimming lake where you can also go kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding, 15 minutes to a nature reserve. 2 minutes to a grocery store open every day 8 AM - 10 PM. 2 bicycles are included. The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the island. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which 100 meters from the house (sandy beach & jetties). Welcome to a cozy and secluded guest apartment in a quiet and safe area! Here you live comfortably in your own part of the house, with private entrance and space for your own car. From the door, it is 800 meters to the bus that in 15 minutes takes you to the Globe area, or further to the city for work, shopping, concerts or activities. In the immediate area there are nice green areas, swimming lakes and hiking and MTB trails – perfect for those who like to get out in nature or take a nice evening walk.

"Villa Tjorven" Seaside plot - jetty and sauna!

15 minutes from Stockholm city center, you will find this unique south-facing archipelago property with its own 100 m2 jetty and private beach. The beach promenade takes you to Smokehouse restaurant in 10 minutes, if you continue 15 minutes you will reach Bruket restaurant Nice barbecue terrace and sauna with a view along the Stockholm inlet. Big grass lawn for playing and relaxing. For those who wish, there is also the possibility to rent a boat (certificate required) that is moored at your own jetty.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

An accommodation with a fantastic location by the sea, only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub on our dock can be rented for one evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Neighbour with the greatest forest in Stockholm!

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
