You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! This house is a quiet recluse on the marsh and a tidal creek. It faces Sapelo Island and is close to St. Simons, Jekyll, and Savannah. Great for naturalists with a 1.5 acre fresh water pond for exotic birds and wildlife and near to the Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge. We have 2 double kayaks, a canoe, 8 bikes, a hot tub and a sky for stargazing. The well-equipped kitchen opens to the great room with bedrooms on each wing. Pets welcome and plenty of parking.

Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.
