Holiday rentals with a patio in Altamonte Springs

The apartment was perfect for our long weekend trip to Orlando. The location was great, super close to Universal (we opted to take Ubers that were only $8). We loved the hotel-like set up and getting to use the pool and the convenient coffee shop downstairs. One specific highlight was actually the comfortable mattress and pillows! Made for a comfortable and restful stay.

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

This place was an absolute delight to stay in. The bed was nice, plenty of sitting space. The Bathroom was well maintained as well. We were unable to use the hammock as it was dirty and had a few rips, but outside of that, the outside area was super cute. Definitely nice for a little couples getaway. There are a bunch of amazing places to eat in the area as well. 100% recommended.

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

This stay was perfect for my family to gather for a family trip, we had a great time starting off the summer with private pool without having a crowds. We had a lot of room to just hang out but close enough to the travel to the Disney and Universal parks. Very lovely property.

The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of Restaurants nearby, in walking distance. Chris was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Absolutely loved the place! It’s at a great location. Was able to get to Sea World, Walmart and other nearby restaurants within single digit lyft rides which is amazing! The unit was beautifully arranged and filled with thoughtful amenities! The lake beside is simply a bonus! Host was super responsive and friendly!
