Holiday rentals with a patio in Alto Mijares

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

Beautiful apartment a few steps from the port, close to the tram to reach Castellon and on foot we easily reached the beach. Always close to the house supermarket, bars and restaurants. We were greeted in person, communication was always easy and the host was very helpful. Too bad we only stayed 2 nights. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is in a very quiet residential area and with all the services very close, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. It is clean and has many extras, coffee maker, enough pots, pans etc that help you a lot when cooking. The gift of a sponge and a brand new ballet is a plus, for me it is important. Very clean towels and all towels. A great terrace to relax, parking Spacious private and pool. I highly recommend it . Alfredo left several courtesy products that are appreciated. A very good stay.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Willem told us perfectly how to get there and waited for us at the door, he also had the courtesy of leaving us mini croissants and the apartment had everything you need for a perfect stay.

The arrival was very simple and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the assessment... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put an ice cream in on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more of a mousse. Even so, it fulfilled its function and I am sure that they will find a solution. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that has bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a beautiful property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. We went with little time because we went to an event. Graham was available to give us clear instructions on how to get there, park, and restaurants. Incredible views where you can breathe tranquility. Highly recommended place, with everything you need for a longer stay.

Everything went great, the host allowed us to check in early without any hesitation. It was very important because we were with the children and crossed the far way. The apartment corresponds to its description, has everything you need. Of special importance is the terrace, which is large and with nice views

We arrived very late and Jesus waited for us to meet us and give us directions to the house, an excellent treatment. We were only a weekend and what we were looking for was quiet, so it was a stay according to our expectations.

Even better than we expected. Perfect location, very clean and very well equipped house. With a spectacular terrace, a quiet community pool on the same floor. We were also able to bring our pet. They gave us recommendations for places without asking. The person who greeted us was charming. It was perfect!

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Sonia's place was the quiet spot we were looking for. Easy place to find with quick access to outdoor activities in Chulilla and surrounding area. Also, Sonia is a complete sweetheart and was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed our stay!
