My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Everything in perfect condition, clean and tidy, good location and very quiet area, it corresponds to the characteristics of the website, I will repeat every time I go to the beach!!

Had a very nice stay in Diana's apartment. Fast communication and a good reception by Carlos. Apartment is beautiful and very spacious, beautiful roof terrace with sea view. Great location 300 meters from the nearest beach and supermarket and eateries also a few hundred meters away.

Me and my brother have been staying with our dog in this apartment from September 13th to 16th and we were really delighted. The apartment is as it is shown in the photos. It has everything essential to spend a comfortable stay (kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, iron, coffee maker, infusions...). It has a cooler cooler ( for us one of the best things). The housing development is closed with concierge and it is very relaxed. It has a pool, tennis courts, and a garage space that you can use while staying. The location is great. A 4-minute walk from the beach of the furudetes (we who were with a dog this was paramount). The Playa de los dogs is attached to the normal and the nudist (if you like to practice it). At all times Marina and Javier communicated with us in case we needed anything. The girl who opened the apartment for us was majestic. We will definitely repeat. Thank you so much.

Perfect! The apartment is really great. Very clean, cozy, every little thing that you might need had been thought of in advance. Carlos was always ready to help, but we didn't find anything to ask him for, because the apartment was fully equipped for a month-long stay. Good thing is also that it is oriented to the north, so it is not that hot at daytime. A supermarket is just 1 minute away, and a nice park, too. To stay there and keep mobility you need a car. 15 minutes of drive to the beach. 30 minutes to the center of Valencia. Best-ever stay!

We stayed in 2 families for 5 days. The house is very cozy, equipped with all comforts, clean. The outdoor pool is the highlight of the house, excellent relaxation area, great for children, strategic area 20 minutes from the main attractions. The owners were kind and helpful. We thank you for the welcome and it will certainly be a destination that we will recommend to everyone. thank you again!!!

Despite the climate disaster in Valencia which has touched us a lot in view of the many victims, we will keep a good memory with regard to the welcome that was given to us by Enrique in Nules.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Letitia’s home! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and truly feels like a home away from home. The garden is lovely, and we spent so much time enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The huge swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the house had everything we could possibly need—fully equipped and ready for anything. Being surrounded by nature, with orange trees everywhere, made the experience even more magical. Thank you so much, Letitia, for this cozy and unforgettable time. We can’t wait to return!

Pablo and Ivan's house is beautiful, in spectacular surroundings and is all that the photos show and more. Communication was excellent throughout. We spent a relaxing 2 weeks here and would thoroughly recommend it.

Loved the unit, very quaint, old-timey but at the same time the hot water was plentiful and immediate, the beds were comfortable with good bedding, the heat worked very well and the unit felt very secure.

We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

Eduardo was great and the home very comfortable, spacious and well located. It was a bit pricey, but we were there during fiestas which might explain it. Overall we had a great stay and Eduardo is a really lovely, helpful host. Definitely recommended.

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

The stay was perfect, the location spectacular, close to the center and close to the beach, as well as a great public parking in the vicinity, as for Alfonso only thanks since he helped us in everything we needed, if we return we will repeat without hesitation.
