Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in approx. 8 minutes two shopping opportunities: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
