The 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom is located in a listed building, part of an entire listed courtyard. The apartment is completely renovated. Since it is a large bed, a child could easily sleep in the middle; however, there are two mattresses. The town of Edingen is located directly on the Neckar and is centrally located to Heidelberg and Mannheim.

Mannheim Central Station is a 7-10 minute walk or 2 tram stops away. The Rhine promenade in the area invites you to jog or walk. Free parking is a 10-minute walk away.
