Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. Studio condo at the base of Alyeska. Wake up and walk downstairs to enjoy a delicious Bake Shop breakfast. Spend an adventurous day on the mountain or take a relaxing stroll through the small town of Girdwood. End the day with a drink and appetizer at the Sitzmark while listening to fun, local music. The murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

Walk to the slopes!

Conveniently located within walking distance to chair 4. One block from day lodge parking lot. Comfortably sleeps four but can accommodate more. Queen in master bedroom. And twin over full in second bedroom. Couch in living room pulls out too. Great for one or two couples or small family. This is the lower unit of duplex. The upstairs unit is rented long term to Girdwood professionals. Have your own kitchen and put the kids in their own bedroom. There is a hot tub for your use.

Come and relax in this cozy and stylish apartment tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood located just half a mile from Alyeska's Daylodge. The apartment features a single bedroom with a king size bed, built-in bunk beds with privacy curtains, a sleep loft with a twin mattress, and covered parking under a large carport. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, and an array of utensils. We would love to host you!

Cozy Girdwood A-Frame Cabin

A-frame cabin with open floor layout (no private bedrooms) near the base of Alyeska Ski Resort. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many Girdwood attractions. Easy access to hiking trails, the ski resort, many nearby restaurants, and the Girdwood Brewing Company. Pets allowed on approval. There is no Wi-Fi on the property, but there is cell coverage.
