Monthly Rentals in Amandelbult Mine Town

We were looking to retreat away from people and noise to get refreshed. This home met our needs perfectly. Nothing but nature on every side of the cottage, with the occasional animal strolling by throughout the day. The house itself was well equipped with comfortable chairs and beds to relax and unwind. Sean and Alex were close enough and very responsive when we needed something, but otherwise you wouldn't even know they whether they were anywhere nearby or not. I also really enjoyed being able to walk around and explore freely with no shortage of places or distance to walk. Highly recommend!

We spent a few peaceful days at the farm, surrounded by nature. The house is very comfortable and well located, close to the national park—perfect for hikes and exploring the area. The host was excellent: always available and very kind, helping us with great recommendations that really enhanced our stay. Definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Our stay at Aloe Lodge was amazing. It was beautifully surround by the bushveld and our dogs also loved it....their first experience in the Bushveld. Jan and Perri where very friendly and helpful and checked in on us to see if all is ok on a daily basis. Even when we almost ran out of firewood, Jan made a plan and the response time was amazing. The facilities were great, neat and clean and enough blankets to keep us warm during the chilly nights. I would just suggest that you bring along your own steak knives as the kitchen does not cater for these. Grootfontein is beautiful and unique. It was a great getaway to recharge. Thanks Jan and Perri for the stay, we loved it!

We had a lovely stay. Glaudina was very helpful and supportive and she welcomed us with open arms. There were little sweet surprises placed around the place as well and shampoo, conditioner and soap (great attention to detail). We had a visits from the game on their farm as they feed them infront of the unit. It was clean and Glaudina was just a call away. We would definitely visit again!
