Mandar’s property is perched on a scenic hill near Dapoli Agricultural University, and our arrival couldn’t have been more magical. As we approached the bungalow, the entire hill was cloaked in dark clouds — a surreal drive through the mist from Dapoli Town that felt straight out of a dream. Just as we reached the property, the skies opened up and a heavy rainstorm with thunder rolled in, lasting for the next two nights. It was a divine, almost otherworldly experience — two days of total disconnection from the outside world. Despite the weather, we were perfectly comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. While the electricity supply was a bit spotty due to the storm, the backup system worked reliably and I was able to continue my work-from-home responsibilities without issue. This stay offered us a rare combination of nature’s raw beauty and the comforts of a thoughtfully maintained home. We’ll remember it for a long time.

Maitri Farms is an amazing place. House has an old home feel and we loved it. We felt right at home during our stay. No mobile network and television so it was a total digital detox. We played games and had a nice relaxing family time. Shubhra is a very good host. We reached late in the night which was accommodated well. The place is very clean with all modern amenities. The breakfast was very good as well. We highly recommended this place. We will surely visit again.

The stay was as expected and as described in the pictures. The view is great. The rooms were clean and kitchen amenities were sufficient. There aren’t any nearby restaurants than one next to the stay but host Swati have few good contacts for homemade food. Host is responsive and friendly. Overall the place was worth a stay. Highly recommended.

The place is lovely, and we enjoyed with our pet. Had a nice relaxing trip. One concern is that the location on gps is incorrect. Took us completely to another side and then we had to travel back around 8 to 10 kms. Another thing to note is that the food places are quite far.
