Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

Our comfortable first floor self catering holiday apartment, Cobbles, is to the rear of the Fountain tearooms. Cobbles has a spacious king size double bedroom and a twin room, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The village has 2 local pubs, and a tea rooms serving freshly made produce. Also, with the Peak District on your doorstep there are walks and plenty of activities to occupy yourselves with during your stay. Children’s play area and park easily accessible.

La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. This is a studio flat above our garage (we’re a busy, friendly family who love where we live!) with its own entrance overlooking a school woodland area.
