Apartment holiday rentals in Amelia Island

We stayed at Guest Cottage while in town for a family wedding. It was a great getaway. Enjoyed a beach day in between wedding fun. Met “the locals” from afar - so cool.

This was a great area and the place was cute and perfect for a single person or a couple. The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom was very clean. Very clear instructions and a very very responsive host.

This was my 3rd stay at this location. The place feels like home when I'm away from home. The addition of the mini split AC unit is helpful in controlling the temp in the unit. And Cynthia is always helpful and responsive. I look forward to staying there again, when I return this summer.

Julie’s place was a great find. Super convenient to the beach, quiet, and surrounded by friendly people. It almost felt like a little pocket world outside of Jacksonville—peaceful and relaxed, yet still just a short drive to everything the city has to offer. The studio layout worked perfectly for our family. No separate bedrooms, but the kids loved sleeping on the pullout right next to us. Julie provides a very helpful guidebook with recommendations. We enjoyed a great meal at V’s nearby—highly recommend. All in all, a very easy and pleasant stay. Would absolutely come back.

This place was great. The Omni Resort area is very nice. We brought our bicycles and were VERY happy we did. The paved pathways were great fun for our family. Kids are 13 and 16yoa and we looked at the property and explored it on our bikes and just beautiful. Full of trees and winding mostly paved paths. We are already looking forward to another visit. As far as beach access, not really walkable(that we found) but we put our stuff in the truck and found a beach access on the Omni grounds, or go to one of the state parks, which we also did . You do have 4 chairs provided and a few beach towels. My only complaints would be that the listing shows a balcony that is not the one you have. This only bothers me because we love to spend time outside on a porch and (I base a lot of my property picks on the outdoor areas)so I thought we would be upper level and we were on floor level. To level this complaint we did have 5 bikes to haul and this unit was right there in the front.

Pristine beautiful space to stay in wonderful pond view great swimming pool super close to everything and the hosts went above and beyond to not only help us, but too make us feel important every step of the way! Thanks so much you two are the best!

My Husband and I loved our stay at Monica’s place! He’s not even one for “aesthetics” but kept mentioning how it looked “even cuter than the pictures!” It was just what we needed for the night! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

This is a very nice condo, at the end, so there’s not a lot of foot traffic going by. The view is nice, kind of a side view, but the condo we were facing didn’t have a lot of people on their balconies so it felt pretty private. The condo is clean and well-maintained. Would recommend.

Lovely stay at a clean and well appointed condo. Location just steps away from the beach could not be beat! Condo complex was quiet and people very friendly.

great stay on Amelia Island! spring break with 2 young teens. plenty to keep them occupied for the 5 day trip. Carol’s place was exactly as described and a great location. we are very happy with our stay!

Perfect location, fun restaurants and bars literally around the corner. Loved the space, like being in a treehouse. Lovely stay.

The Carriage house was very clean and comfortable, and Brandon was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The location was perfect - safe, walkable, and close to amenities. We will definitely utilize it again when we are back in the Jacksonville area.

Fantastic place to stay for a couple. If we are ever back in the area this will definitely be our first stop. Pinky was a fantastic host she was very helpful and if we needed anything she was very accommodating!

The place was wonderful, clean and beautiful. Very responsive to any questions, clear details and instructions with information. 10/10 recommend. Our favorite was the accessibility to the gym and pool, both with which were amazing!

We loved our stay here! It was even better in person than in the pictures. Comfortable space, beautiful view, and so close to the beach. Great communication as well. We will definitely be back!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

We really enjoyed staying at Marilyn’s Airbnb, it was exactly as described! The place is clean, and has everything you need! Nice size bathroom, and conveniently located near the elevator without the bother of loud noise coming from it. We didn’t hear any neighbors, so walls are thick/well made. Property has 24 hr security, and streets/parking lot is lighted, so you feel safe to walk in & out even at night. The balcony view is also beautiful with palm trees& lagoon, and there is a waterfall located below the balcony, so the water trickling was so calming! We loved the location & appreciated the informational booklet Marilyn made with all the information you could possibly need for your stay! She’s also very quick at responding & addressed any questions immediately. We definitely plan to come stay here again!! 😊

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!
