Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Authentieke, comfortabele arbeiderswoning (1910) met heerlijke tuin. Een rustig plekje in een dorps stukje Utrecht en toch dichtbij winkels, stations en het centrum, met allerlei leuke koffie- en eettentjes ‘om de hoek’. Er zijn 3-4 slaapplekken: de 'master bedroom' (bed 140x200) en de slaapbank in de woonkamer (120x200), allemaal zonder ochtendzon. Verder kun je evt. je eigen kinderbedje in de kamer van één van mijn dochters neerzetten.

Walking distance to the village centre 10min, supermarket 10min, harbour 10min, woods 5 minutes.
