This is a great place to stay in Buffalo! It was an easy drive to Niagara Falls and the location in town was great. Ibrahim was very proactive and easy to reach and the space was large and well-maintained. We’d happily stay again!

I had a great stay here! The host was incredibly communicative and upfront from the beginning, especially about the ongoing construction nearby—which really wasn’t bothersome at all. The space itself is clean, stylish, and well located. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect stay was the lack of essentials toiletries like shampoo conditioner which would have made the visit a bit more convenient. But aside from that, everything else was great and well thought out. Would definitely recommend this spot.

This is the second time we have stayed at Elise's house. The house has plenty of room and is in a very safe location. Elise left so many snacks, which, after a long day of traveling, were very much appreciated. Lots of towels, etc. and just an all-around great space. We will most certainly stay here again! We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Adam’s place! The house is lovely and clean and was very spacious for us four adults. It was the perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls, as it’s an easy 20-minute drive away.

This is a beautiful home! It didn’t show up in my initial search for a place near Niagara Falls because I had filtered for two bathrooms. When I couldn’t find anything I really liked, I removed that filter—and I’m so glad I did! I instantly fell in love with this property. It’s such a lovely home that deserves not to be missed. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe, and very convenient—about a 30-minute drive to the falls. The home itself is updated and thoughtfully presented. It was perfect for our group of four. The host’s attention to detail made our stay extra comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!

We picked this airbnb mostly for location because our sister lives in the area and we needed a place for 3 families to gather while not at her house. We absolutely loved the basement, the games, big tv, etc. there was stuff for all to do during our down time. The best part though was the comfortable beds, in my humble opinion the beds make or break an airbnb experience. We get alot of these throughout the year, and a good quality bed is amazing, which this place had for each room. Overall great experience, would 100% rent this again, thanks!

Stayed here for 2 nights with an infant, the place is very clean, exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings and safe, peaceful locality, thanks to fully loaded kitchen, we hardly ate outside :) Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We loved staying at Laurie’s! It was a beautiful space, clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. Very convenient off the 290 and close to everything we needed to access for this trip. The neighborhood was very nice and walkable. We had no issues with outside noise, but we appreciated the two white noise machines that were provided. There are tenants upstairs, so there was the usual amount of noise that comes with sharing a house with others, but we had no issues with that, having lived in our own duplexes over the years. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Laurie!

The house is in a nice family neighborhood across the street from a school. My wife has a bad knee so I would say the stairs to the second floor and stepping into a bathtub for a shower may not be for everyone. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Julia as a host.

Mary was very kind and responsive and made the stay a breeze. The area was peaceful yet close to an abundance of shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and stocked with basic amenities. Would recommend this place to anybody wanting to check out the area or for those going to a concert at the venue that’s a short drive away.

Had a great stay at Matt’s place! So close and walking distance to everything on elmwood and the perfect location to get anywhere in north or south Buffalo in a quick drive. The house was perfect for our needs and everything was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved the guest house. It was super clean, comfy and peaceful! The yard and flowers were beautiful! It’s centrally located to Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Canada. Lots of great restaurants and things to do around the property. We enjoyed meeting Mary, she’s very friendly and nice! Thank you for a great visit!

I was having a road trip with my parents to the Niagara Falls and stayed two days at Joanne's house. It was definitely a well-decorated vintage. My parents enjoyed looking through all these board games and old books on the shelf. Everything was wonderful.

MY daughters love the environment because of the calmness. the unit is so neat and tidy. It was a.nice place to stay with all.the amenities. I hope to get the place next time we visit Niagra again. Thanks Shea

Very nice place in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. It is near the lake, and there are a few cafes nearby. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Clifton Hills, and such a nice and safe neighbourhood with a cute patio to enjoy, we would definitely stay here again! The room was very clean with everything we needed. It was perfect. Thanks so much for the great stay. Would highly recommend to those travelling to Niagara!

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
