Large companies in the BB area, e.g. Daimler, IBM, Philips, Bosch, etc. can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Stuttgart city center is 30 minutes away (during rush hour up to 50 minutes).

Feel-good mode guaranteed :-) In a very nice quiet location, we offer a fully furnished non-smoking apartment for 1-2 people. Our apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Children up to 4 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep in the cot they bring with them. Good bus connection to Tübingen University Hospital, as well as downtown. The local recreation area Schönbuch is within walking distance.

We offer a modern 68 m² apartment in a perfect location on the outskirts of Tübingen not far from the banks of the Neckar. Located near the old town, it is also the starting point for nature excursions. A bus stop is within walking distance (5 min). The bright apartment has an open floor plan with separate bedroom and bathroom, a sleeping option in the living room and a Neckar view terrace with southeast orientation. Free public parking is very close by.

The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!
