Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ampelokipoi, Athens

A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

This was a fantastic find, right in the middle of kolonaki a very vibrant & safe area of Athens. The apt was fabulous, beautifully & tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed. It is close to restaurants, bars, beautiful shops, cafes & bakery’s 👌 The host met us in person & showed us around the apt & provided any local information that we needed. She was also very responsive to messages. We will be back ❤️

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing apartment in Athens! The place is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly silent in the night even though it’s located just steps away from the Acropolis and right in the heart of the city (plaka). You couldn’t ask for a better location, with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable we had the best sleep ever! The host, Miltos, was absolutely wonderful. He helped us to arrange a taxi from and to the airport, he was always available, and responded to messages almost instantly. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and he even provided us with a list of recommended restaurants— all great options unfortunately, we couldn’t try them all because we stayed only 3 days! Miltos was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much Miltos! we will definitely be back! This is hands down the best place to stay in Athens!

It was one of the cleanest houses I've ever seen! Beautifully decorated, very clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very warm, kind and talkative. If I could be in Athens every month, I would choose this house

This is a fantastic Airbnb in Athens, which I will strongly recommend it. The location is superb as it is literally within minutes to the nearest metro station - Victoria. The surroundings are not too busy, but yet have few good local restaurants and a mini market. The responsiveness of the hosts and the protectiveness in helping us to address our queries made the whole extra pleasant. I will definitely give it a 5/5 rating for this stay :)

We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The hosts were more than responsive! Any questions were quickly answered, local recommendations were provided and when we left credit cards behind there was no problem having them sent to us. I highly recommend Loannis and the co-hosts!

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

This accomodation was phenomenal. it was accurate to the pictures and an ideal location. after a busy day we felt like we were coming home.

This place is a gem! Felt so comfortable, didn’t really want to leave ! Myrsini is so friendly and lovely! She checked us in very late at night which was so helpful for our travel plans! The restaurants she recommended near by are great too! One of the best air bnbs we stayed at! 5stars!!! 🥰

Very pleasant stay in Athens, the apartment is well located, a few minutes from a bus stop, which allows us to navigate Athens without problems. We were received by a partner of Dimitri, he was very kind and kindly explained the operation of the apartment and even made recommendations for visits. Apparently very modern and spacious, it was really very nice. I could just put a small downside on the neighborhood that at first glance does not seem very safe, but we had no problems. I recommend this accommodation if you want to spend a few days in Athens.

Irene is very easy to communicate with and this cute place is well-stocked and close to everything you want to see and do in Athens. We had a fantastic stay!

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. Thank you

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Comfortable first floor apartment in a great location. We hope to back again.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.
