Apartment holiday rentals in Ampelokipoi

It was a lovely place to stay. The host was very kind and helpful, giving me extra time for checkout and guiding me with everything. Next time, I will definitely stay at this place.

Appartamento molto pulito, organizzato e fornito di tutto. Host molto gentile ed amichevole. Zona tranquilla e sicura, vicina ai mezzi pubblici per recarsi a Salonicco centro. Come in tutta la città se hai l'automobile non è facile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Raccomandato anche per periodi di soggiorno lunghi.

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location for the bus station. Lots of space. Very comfy bed. Very characterful decorations. I enjoyed my stay there.

nice big apartment, it felt like a real home which is nice. easy to get a bus into the city area, bus stop only a 3 min walk and supermarket only a 5 min walk. host is fast to respond and check in is easy as can be. 2 thumbs up

Great apartment, very spacious and clean. It is located in a nice area, lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Ευχαριστούμε για την τόσο φιλόξενη διαμονή. Πολύ περιποιημένος χώρος, όλες οι ανέσεις στο σπίτι για οικογένεια με τρία παιδιά και πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο κύριος Κώστας. Αν βρεθούμε ξανά στη Θεσσαλονίκη θα επανέλθουμε.

The flat is very well situated, straight line from the city centre, max 25 minutes by foot, safe area. The parking is helping a lot, if you are travelling by car. Inside all is clean and decorated with nice taste. It can receive up to 4 persons. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The instructions for check in where clear, easy to deal. All in all, I had a good stay there for the two days, I left Thessaloniki with the promise to come back soon and if available, accommodate in the same place.

I had a wonderful stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The apartment was great! It looks exactly like it is shown in the photos. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Effie was very flexible and friendly. It was also extremely easy to communicate because she always responded very quickly.

Great stay at Ioannis’s place — very clean and well kept. Perfect for a stop on the way to Athens. Quiet area with greenery, private parking on the owner’s property, and a coffee machine. We slept very well. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν προνοητικός, με σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη και τη διαμονή ενώ ταυτόχρονα ήταν ευδιάθετος, ανοιχτός σε απορίες και εξυπηρετικότατος. Όσο αφορά το κατάλυμα ήταν τακτοποιημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Τέλος το τζακούζι προσέφερε μια ακόμα νότα πολυτελείας και χαλάρωσης.

Man lebt schön zentral in Thessaloniki und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung spricht natürlich für sich! Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, große Unterkunft.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time! Definitely recommended!

Ήταν όλα τέλεια Όλα καθαρά και προσεγμένα … είναι όλα όπως στις φωτογραφίες καμία διαφορά . Όσο αφορά τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν πολύ καλός ευγενικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και απαντούσε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας. Θα το σύστηνα ανεπιφύλαχτα σε όλους .
