The device consists of a sofa bed, coat hanger, a small linen cupboard, table and chair, armchair, TV. Bathroom and kitchen are available for shared use. Coffee and tea are free. Very ideal central but quiet location with excellent transport links and a short distance to main train station (7 minutes-bus), Oktoberfest grounds (5 minutes), Isar, etc. This object is only for Non smoking.

Very small room in Schwabing

Small room 10 sqm in an Appartement with 70 sqm (2nd floor). You can use the bathroom and the kitchen - no cooking, you can use the microwave and water cooker. You cannot use the washing machine in the Appartement. There is a washing machine in the cellar!!!!! Tram is right in front of the house. The house is in the backyard and therefore the room is pretty quiet. Check in between 6 pm and 9 pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday it is flexible.
