Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sofia. La vie de l’appartement est juste magnifique ! De belles plages à proximité ainsi que de nombreux restaurants pour profiter de Porto Rafti et se reposer.. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi, Temiz ve her ihtiyacinizi karşılayacak esyalar mevcuttu. Atina merkezine tranvay ve metro ile kolaylıkla gidebilirsiniz. Tranvay durağına yakın bir konumda. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolay ve hızlıydı. Samimi ve yardım sever bir ev sahibi. Atinada konaklamayi düşünüyorsanız ailenizle bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön, es war alles wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und immer sehr zeitnah. Am Anreisetag war darüber hinaus ein früherer Check in möglich. Gerne wieder!

The Beach House apartments zijn authetiek, creatief ingericht, ruim, prachtig gelegen voor zee en bergen. Yoga in de ochtend in een bloemenzee was een cadeau. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen in de natuur. Alle mensen die er werken zijn zo open en vriendelijk. Ik heb genoten. Hopelijk tot ziens, hartelijk dankjewel.

Polina was a super host, very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly as described, in fact the pool was a little bigger than we expected. You need a car to get around but that's fine. Would recommend!

Excellent séjour. L’appartement est parfait à proximité de la mer et d’une rue vivante où se trouve boutiques, bars et restaurants. L’accès à Athènes se fait facilement en bus. Lia et son mari sont des hôtes de qualité qui ont su nous donner toutes les informations et conseils en amont pour préparer notre séjour. Un grand merci à eux.

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

I am very happy with the accommodation. Everything was perfect. Apartment was just like on the pictures, true to a host's description. It was very bright and clean. I will definitely come back!

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

Unfortunately, we stayed at Artemis's place for a week due to doctor's orders of relaxing after being in the hospital. Staying here was the perfect definition of rest, relaxation and peace! There is plenty of privacy as you are at the highest on the hill and the neighbors are all quiet as well. We spend about 4 months of the year in AirBnB's for the last 7 years, and this place was the absolute best and we didn't want to leave. The host was terrific in responding to any needs or questions. The place is just as you see it and read about it. The small village below has many amazing taverns and places to eat and grab a coffee. Porto Rafti is a gem of a place to add to the value of Artemis's place!! Thanks Artemis for having a terrific place, see you next time!

The place was perfect for anyone with an overnight or more near the airport. It's only like 15 minutes away and yet you're totally in a Greek neighborhood on the water. Lots of taverns and restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach house itself is comfortable and has good air conditioning. Konstantinos is amazing. He helped me get rides for my family too and from the airport and was very patient walking me through the instructions of using the house's amenities. We were only there one night and he treated us like we were going to be there for weeks. Very happy with the price as well.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 2 wunderschöne Wochen bei Sophia in Marmari verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut traumhaft gelegen mit direktem Blick aufs Meer und man hört das Wellenrauschen zum Einschlafen und Aufwachen. Zu Fuß sind es keine 2 Gehminuten bis zum Strand, wunderbar, gerade mit kleinen Kindern oder wenn man Erholung sucht. Sophia hat uns jeden Morgen ein köstliches Frühstück mit Produkten aus der Region oder eigenem Anbau zubereitet. Jeden Morgen hat sie uns mit zahlreichen, wechselnden Köstlichkeiten überrascht und es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft, was besonders unseren Kindern sehr gefiel. Unsere Gastgeberin ist eine so herzliche, liebevolle, kinderliebe Frau, die uns wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablas und zahlreiche, wunderbare Tipps für die Region hatte. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet und man merkt, dass der Ort eine Seele und Geschichte hat. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super séjour. Dans une maison avec un très beau jardin arboré avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Notre hôte est très réactif, avec de bons conseils sur les restaurants et autres activités de la région. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Je recommande et si je retourne dans cette jolie région en Grèce je garderai précieusement l'adresse. Merci Mike et Isabella

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, geräumig und absolut sauber – wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll, und auch die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Allerdings sollte in der Beschreibung deutlicher gemacht werden, dass die Schlafzimmer unterschiedlich groß sind. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist deutlich kleiner und hat keinen direkten Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad, was bei einer Belegung mit zwei Paaren zu einer eher unfairen Aufteilung führt.

Just show know the house is ON the beach and amazing. The stairs going up are the most amazing marble stairs, oooo the suitcases!

Absolutely loved my stay here — highly recommend! From the moment I arrived, Chrisoula made me feel right at home with the warmest welcome at check-in. The suite was spotless and recently renovated, featuring gorgeous ceiling lights that were even better in person than in the photos! The patio offers a peek at the ocean, yet the location still feels tucked away enough to enjoy privacy and quiet. You’re steps from a beautiful beach and just beside a chic beach club with great restaurant options. Even McDonald’s is only a 10-minute walk if you’re craving something quick. Whether you want to relax on the beach right outside your door or explore the nearby clubs and restaurants, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Het uitzicht is geweldig. Je stapt de deur uit en loopt zo het strand op. De kamer is prima. Er is een lift naar de 3e verdieping waar het appartement is. Een ruim balkon en een prima badkamer. Het is gezellig ingericht en er is een koelkast. In de kast liggen allerlei extra dingen zoals een föhn en verbanddoos. De omgeving ziet er wel wat vervallen uit. Je hebt een auto nodig om iets te kunnen gaan zien van de omgeving. Het centrum van Athene ligt op een uur rijden met een Uber. We hebben Eleni ontmoet en ze is zeer gastvrij en reageert snel op berichten. Wij raden deze Airbnb zeker aan.

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

We had a wonderfully stay at Sofia's property. She was very professional and responsive to all our needs and questions. The location was great, just a 30 second walk from the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location and was a great choice for a family of 4 + infant. Sofia even had a crib setup for us upon arrival. only 20 mins from the airport, if you have a long layover, I would highly recommend Sofia and her unit as a great place to relax and enjoy the Greek beaches.

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

a lovely stay, Era was helpful in every way! provided everything that was needed and more. location is perfect if you're looking for peaceful beach holiday, only 1 minute away from the beach. Would recommend!

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!
