Monthly Rentals in Anchor Bay

This is a wonderful place. The view from the couch is amazing, it is private and surrounded by redwoods, but also quite close to shops and restaurants. We were sad to go and hope to return soon.

We had our trip booked for April and a snowstorm prevented us from getting down to the coast. Shaye was super helpful with rebooking us at no extra charge. Beautiful spot. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Hayley’s place. The cabin is actually more spacious than the photos demonstrate, yet it was exceptionally cozy. We had everything we needed. We ended up eating dinner at Cove Azul Bar and Grill in Gualala, which was recommended by Hayley. The food was delicious, the service friendly, and the prices very fair. We were a little surprised that we had to drive to get to the private beach access, but that is my only complaint. It’s close enough to walk to, but you are risking injury/death with no shoulder on the road to walk to.

Loved the peaceful stay in nature with my dog! The road through the mountain had very little traffic, so was convenient and nice for hiking. The starry sky at night was beautiful. A few things to note: - The one lane road off the highway to get to their place is rather steep at some parts and bumpy with dirt and rocks. A 4WD is probably not necessary most of the time but I was glad I was in one. - The fridge is small - They have most of the cooking utensils you'll need plus small containers of salt, pepper, and oil. If you're going to be cooking a few meals, it'll probably be safer to bring your own oil and seasonings other than salt and pepper.
