The apartment matched the photos and was very clean. Tonino welcomed us in person and was always very helpful and kind throughout our stay. From your accommodation in 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Conero. I recommend it!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. The apartment was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, close to the sea and the center. The accommodation was very clean, dust allergy proof! Well-furnished and well-stocked. For us, who needed to prepare meals for our one-year-old, it was simply perfect. The owners were very kind and helpful, they gave us many good tips on restaurants and the surroundings. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful vacation in Macerata and the apartment was one of the elements that made the stay truly perfect. The house is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail. The spaces are well distributed, with everything you need to feel at home — from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable and quiet sleeping area. The location is excellent: quiet but close to the historic center, ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the beauty of the Marche surroundings. Highly recommended! If we return to Macerata, we already know where we want to stay!

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.

Host available, friendly, we immediately established a friendly relationship. We had a wonderful boat trip with him on the Conero Riviera, with detailed explanations of the area. We thank Francesco for the fantastic stay.

We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

This home is wonderful, a home away from home! I hated to leave after my month stay, it was the most comfortable and clean stay of my 3 months traveling. The village is quiet and the people are friendly, the bar Contini had the best coffee in the area and of course great cocktails. I also enjoyed participating in community events. I highly recommend!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

We loved our stay.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like in the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.
