The beautiful apartment offers on approx. 45 square meters a living room with TV and fitted kitchen with electrical appliances fully equipped and dining table as well as bathroom, terrace and bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (180 × 200). Bath towels, hand towels and linens are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. S-Bahn (Türkenfeld) 5 km away. Munich is about 25-30 minutes away by car.

Unsere gemütliche Maisonette-Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ufer des Ammersees entfernt. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist im nordischen Stil eingerichtet. Es erwartet Sie ein helles Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche für kulinarische Erlebnisse.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Small (approx. 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared use), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be converted into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no SAT reception) and can be used with, for example, Netflix (own account required)

The accommodation (barbecue) with 3 terraces invites you to experience the lake Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Welcome to Andechs. Enjoy the peace and quiet and treat yourself to a break. Get active around the nearby lakes (5-15 minutes away by car) or visit the baroque Andechs Monastery with its own brewery.
