Anne & Jan were extremely helpful and friendly from the very beginning. They gave valuable advice and were kind enough to find a great gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and tranquility. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing on the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as there is nothing missing in the kitchen, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Nice house in a quiet area surrounded by nature and animals, ideal to disconnect and also in turn to know different important cities of Belgium. Also located in an important point of history, close to the waterloo battlefield.

If you want to get in touch with nature then this is the place for you. Great stay and had everything we've needed (no TV specially). David was a responsive host. we would come back. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Very spacious accommodation, beautiful decoration with family works of art, you feel like you are in Provence as soon as you push the front door. Gordon was very friendly, helpful, responsive, discreet and respectful. the outdoor access with swimming pool is a small haven of peace. everything is made available to be comfortable, A more than successful stay! Cozy and clean. Perfect for a short stay.

Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

A real breath of fresh air... just a stone's throw from everything! We really loved our stay here. The house is spacious, impeccable, very well-equipped, and above all ideally located: you are in the middle of nature, quiet, while remaining only a few minutes from shops and all facilities. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the garden without overlooking neighbors, with a magnificent view of the forest. Honestly, the experience is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel... with the added space, comfort and privacy of a home. Everything is thought out to make you feel good. Special mention for the host: responsive, caring and attentive — a true pro from start to finish. Thank you Kurt We'll be happy to go back!

Very well organized, clean and nice place. Short walk to train station. Very responsive and attentive host. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling to Brussels and any other major Belgium cities.

The swimming pool is beautiful, the whole house is large, spacious and beautiful, definitely recommended, it is located in a private environment, will not be my last time

Corinne and Peter are fantastic hosts as you wish. The place is really outstanding. Everything is in very good quality and very spacious. We felt very comfortable as a family with children and pets. You do not have to bring water and/or coffee and can be used free of charge. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place. From the welcoming till the end our experienxe was extraordinary. Tom is an amazing host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. His property is a pure oasis of relaxation, unique and was beyond of our expectations. There's pool, sauna, bbq, outdoor shower and beautiful seating areas. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a romantic relaxing getaway.

My girlfriend and I had a one night stay and the attic had such a romantic, warm and cozy vibe. Truly amazing. We decided to just make food there and hang out. I’m a big fan of plants and that made this stay extra nice and inspiring due the beautiful plants the attic has! The check in, the parking and the checkout was very easy. Also their communication was fast en spot on, everything was very clear and easy. The location was not central and we didn’t go out so I can’t say anything about that.

The place was quite good and quiet ! Clara was very kind and hospitable and the communication with her was perfect. Du was a superb host. super friendly. She organised a breakfast delivery personally for our first morning as it was my husbands 60th birthday. Champagne and a bread basket full of delights! We had a wonderful relaxing 3 night break. The facilities were super. Hot tub, sauna, pool. The kitchen was well equipped and like new. The bed was good quality. We slept downstairs and didnt use the up stairs apartment, but had the use of the entire retreat. I loved the African inspired decor. Very stylish. All in all, a 5☆ experience. We cannot wait to visit again.

I stayed here with my 12-year-old daughter. The studio is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and soothing. We felt very welcome and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the swimming pond. Recommended.

Always a pleasure to staying here at Kitty's place. Never any problems and we love the tiny house. Nice kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The garden is fenced off and perfect for our dog to run around. We will be back again later this year.

Dimitri is an incredible host, always approachable and responsive. The apartment is very well appointed and recently renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Added bonuses are a spacious, sunlit, very private deck with dining table and chairs as well as a separate den with desk and chair. The property is very centrally located, walkable to the Midi and Central train stations, the Palais Justice, and the Grand Place among the other nearby sites. There are a Lidl and restaurants on the street along with very interesting retail outlets and higher end art and antique shops. While very alive during the day and evening the street is extremely quiet overnight. The separate bedroom like the den overlooks the street but there is little sound from the street overnight. We spent a very enjoyable month and highly recommend Dimitri's place for long or short stays. Thank you again Dimitri for providing such a wonderful abode and for your extreme kindness and assistance during our stay.

Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

We arrived late so Jean Louis met us and welcomed us to the apartment Its exactly as shown in the photos with lovely touches, fresh fruit, a coffee machine with kettle, microwave, a hob, oven and fridge with freezer, all of the utensils crockery you might need And an extremely low priced mini bar with wine The shower is amazing, the apartment quiet comfortable and within walking distance of central Brussels Jean Louis gave us great recommendations of where to go and directions and Marc was extremely prompt at replying to messages and he has been kind enough to registered post back my purse to me in ireland when i forgot it The only drawback is we would have liked to have stayed longer and we had to leave so early Monday morning we left dishes in the sink, food in the fridge and didnt get to empty the bins .. apologies We hope to stay again and explore Brussels more in the future Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful apartment with us Patricia and Richard

The house was exactly what we were looking for, it was in a perfect neighbourhood with all necessities at a walking distance. The place was beautiful but most importantly, it was extremely clean which was very important to us! David was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful and kind. I will be keeping this place in my favourite and will be recommending it to anyone visiting Brussels!
