The house from 1870 has a garden, three connecting bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets and is situated in the north of Brussels. The centre takes three tramstops, railwaystation Brussels North is ten minutes walking. I have special parkingtickets (NO PARKINGPLACE) for my guests at € 5/day. You can use the ground floor, the first floor. There is a private sauna, private movietheatre and a heated swimmingpool in the garden. 3 students are living upstairs but you share nothing with them.

The house is full of grandeur and charm, with its 4,5 m high ceilings adorned with intricate cornicing and is furnished with mid-century furniture and art. The very spacious walled garden is a leafy, private and peaceful oasis in the heart of Brussels. We are close to the city center (Grand Place is a 20 min-walk away) and surrounded by Art Nouveau. .
