Come and discover my comfy wooden house, with a private swimming pool and a lovely garden facing south. A 15 min walking distance from the sea and 10 min by car to the ocean, it is an ideal place for vacation. The swimming pool will cool you down from the summer heat straight from your bed or back from the ocean. I am originally from Arcachon bay, and my dream was always to have my "home sweet home" here. I entirely redecorated this house to make it in perfect harmony with the "Cap Ferret mood"

This family property has an extraordinary view of the arcachon basin, its location in a dominant position gives your cabin a sense of exclusivity and well-being. The pine forest on one side, the basin to the rhythm of the tides on the other, here is an ideal setting to recharge your batteries as close to nature as possible. Attention ! Please note that there is no kitchen but only a microwave, a mini bar and a Nespresso machine. Dishes are available for you.

Enjoy the ideal location of our little house that will soon be a century old! Featuring a beautiful 60 m2 wooden terrace, facing the pine trees and a south-facing garden shaded by a large oak tree, 4 minutes' walk from Betey beach! Our renovated house is quietly located and has a 35 m2 living room (160 cm sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink), a 20 m2 bedroom (160 cm bed and single bed) and a large 300 m2 enclosed garden.

Family home 400 m from Mauret Beach

Renovated in 2021, our house has a garden and two terraces (overlooking the courtyard and garden). It is located in the Mauret district, 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, Carrefour City, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, hairdressers, restaurant, La Poste, oyster farmer). It's easy to get around by bike thanks to the bike path that runs along the coast. Note: linens are not included but can be for an extra €10 per person.

Avec son emplacement au cœur d’Andernos et sa construction en bois typique de la région, notre cabane vous invite à vivre pleinement l'esprit bassin le temps des vacances. Située au calme en bout d'impasse, elle est idéalement placée à proximité du centre, de la plage et du port ostréicole d'Andernos. Les nombreuses pistes cyclables à proximité vous permettront de vous déplacer facilement à pied ou à vélo pendant votre séjour.

It has a sun terrace and a green environment, adjoining our main residence, but with completely independent access to offer you all the privacy you want. Finally, you can enjoy access to our outdoor swimming pool (heated from June to September).
