Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Right in the middle is the village of Anger, which King Ludwig I described as the "most beautiful village of his kingdom" at the time. Hardly any holiday region offers so many opportunities and attractions in every season. Away from the village are surrounded by beautiful nature with unforgettable views of the valley and the impressive mountain panorama, our apartment.

Distances: 20 min Chiemsee, 25 min Bad Reichenhall, Traunstein, 35 min Salzburg, skiing area Reit im Winkl/Steinplatte, 45 min Berchtesgaden, Koenigsee, skiing area Lofer.

Our newly renovated, spacious and tastefully furnished property is located in a higher part of the village of Anger. Kitchen: equipped with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, as well as dishes, toaster and other important cooking utensils. Wi-Fi yes, Exclusive use of the terrace with appropriate seating furniture Car parking space The property consists of two floors in a 150-year-old farmhouse, with a private entrance.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Caravan with mountain view

Here is a huge caravan with everything you need, even a separate shower and oven. Perfect for short as well as longer stays. On top, there is a great view over wide fields and the beautiful Alpine panorama. Pets and, of course, children are very welcome. Children up to 6 years stay with us for free. If required, I will also be happy to install a fall protection for the little ones.

Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT shown! We live in Germany, in the Berchtesgadener Land tourist region, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
