Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

You will be on the circuit of the Loire castles, and you can discover the vineyards of Anjou. Shops nearby in the village (300 m). Our cottage in a bucolic and rural setting, is a place completely renovated for your comfort, a real haven of peace!

Ideal for recharging your batteries, this independent accommodation is 2 steps from the river and a natural marsh of the Natura 2000 Network. Beautiful starting point for walks or bike rides. The marked Vélo Francette route passes a few meters from the vacation rental.

Une bouteille de crémant est offerte ainsi que des capsules de café et du thé. Vous avez a disposition un service à raclette, un service à fondue et à chocolat.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
