Welcome to the 35m² "Petite Maison Cosy" located next to our main residence. Set back from the avenue, you'll appreciate its calm and its 50m² garden, which is totally independent and fenced. The property is located in a neighborhood close to all amenities within a 750m radius (bakery, supermarket and fast-food restaurant). Ideally located near the banks of the Maine river (2km from "La voie verte"), Terra Botanica (3km), the train station (3km) and the town center.

The accommodation is located in the heart of a very commercial area, ten minutes by car/bus from downtown Angers.
