We had a great stay at this apartment! The place was comfortable & the location was convenient and made getting around super easy. What really stood out was the host - incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Communication was clear and prompt, and they went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here :)

Nuestra estancia en la quinta Amaro ha sido para recordar. Se trata de una quinta muy especial ubicada en el centro de la ciudad de Angra. Cuando llegas a la puerta no te imaginas el oasis que te espera dentro, una quinta llena de plataneros y otros árboles frutales. La casa es rural y sencilla, pero bonita. Nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña y la cocina no estaba del todo equipada (por ejemplo, la tostadora no funcionaba, no había cafetera, o pocas sartenes), pero el lugar y sus anfitriones, Maria Serafina y su marido João, hacen que la experiencia merezca la pena. Maria Serafina es una mujer muy cercana y abierta. Nos recibió con un delicioso pudding de maracuyá. Además el primer día su marido João nos hizo una visita guiada por la quinta explicándonos todos los árboles que tienen y nos abastecieron con plátanos y tomates durante toda la estancia. Siempre ha estado muy atenta con nosotras. Son personas muy cercanas y compartimos muchas tardes de charla con ellos. Ha sido una gran suerte poder conocer Terceira alojadas en esta quinta con Maria Serafina y toda su familia. Si te alojas en la quinta Amaro, te espera una experiencia 100% local con una maravillosa familia azoriana. Estamos muy agradecidas:)

Adoramos a estadia! O espaço é agradável e estava limpo e arrumado. A comunicação com a anfitriã foi sempre impecável! A localização é bastante central e é possível passear a pé por Angra de Heroísmo.

O Paulo foi muito disponível e respondeu atempadamente a todas as questões. O apartamento reunia todas as condições necessárias. As escadas não estavam limpas, bem como o acesso, mas o apartamento estava impecável. Pena de se ter de pagar estacionamento em quase toda a zona circundante.

Very cozy and convenient location! Maria is friendly, helpful and available for a nice chat or for any questions. I enjoyed my stay and was within walking distance to two pools for some excellent swimming. I would recommend this location if you’d like more of a local type of experience in Terceira , which is very charming.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmo’s Adega do Porto. It was such a charming home with an old world feel in a beautiful location. It’s a short walk to the pools and we walked to the Biscoitos pools daily to swim. You really can’t beat the views and the area for your stay. Francisco and Carmo were very welcoming and a great hosts during our stay. The Adega felt like home after spending three weeks there. We were there during the cultural festival so we had access to entertainment and food daily for one of the weeks we were there. We definitely recommend the Adega for its location to the water and walking distance to the pools to swim and for its lovely hosts. We can’t wait until our next visit. Adega do Porto will always hold a special place in our hearts❤️

This place was absolutely amazing and Henrique and Theresa were fabulous hosts. We took them up on their offer to make us a traditional dinner and would highly recommend it if you can. It was one of the best experiences of our entire vacation just hanging out with them chatting over wine, wonderful food and an amazing dessert made by Theresa! Henrique had tons of great restaurants recommendations all over the island and we even shared a drink at the local Vista Terrace/Grill one night with them (would highly recommend that place also) The space is beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning and looked forward to coming back and having wine and looking at the stars each night. It was a relaxing and perfect space for a getaway from the world! I couldn't recommend this spot highly enough and can't wait to go back.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Zimmer, Küche und Bad sind sehr groß. Es wurde alles perfekt sauber gehalten. Die Hündin Luna ist sehr lieb. Man sollte allerdings sein Zimmer abschließen, damit sie sich nicht ins Bett legt, da sie selbstständig Türen aufmachen kann.

Vitor was a great host. Very responsive and provided great local information in his welcome book. He also left us some local treats for our arrival which was such a sweet touch. Great home, lovely kitchen and the wine barrel shower was truly a delight. Its not right in the main part of town which made it nice and quiet and peaceful but not a very long walk to get everywhere by foot. Would highly recommend staying here!

Bellissima casa nei dintorni di Biscoitos, buona posizione per scoprire Terceira. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto coerente con quanto descritto, la casa aveva tutto il necessario , il paesaggio era da cartolina, vitor molto gentile e preciso anche quando abbiamo dovuto sostituire la bombola del gas, è sempre stato pronto ad aiutarci e darci consigli sul posto. Esperienza top!

We really loved our stay. Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. And the ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. On top of it all, Carla is a gracious host that makes you feel like a part of her family. She took the time to give us a tour, gave us tips on what to do and see on the island, checked in often to see how we were doing, and was quick to respond to questions. The home is conveniently located right outside of the city center, a 5 minute drive. Would stay there again. Thanks for being a great host Carla!

Não poderia deixar de vir agradecer em nome de todos e publicamente á anfitriã por todo o apoio, dedicação que teve connosco. A casa é maravilhosa, tal e qual como diz nos comentários e se vê nas fotografias. Tem uma vista linda, acordar todos os dias com aquela vista foi maravilhoso. Aconselho a 100% esta estadia, tudo correu muito melhor do que planeámos. Voltaremos com todo o gosto e já sabemos com quem falar. Obrigada menina Corazon.

Superbe sejour chez Rosimeire et Ruben ! Hites tres accueillants et réactifs qui nous ont bien aidés à nous acclimater et à vite trouver nos repères. La maison est top : plusieurs orientations (ideal pour aérer et faire tourner le soleil / la chaleur), une superbe terrasse vue mer pour prendre nos repas, des pièces bien meublées / équipées ouchacun trouve vite sa place. Mention spéciale pour l'équipement complet de la cuisine et les nopbreux tupperwares ! Et aussi un emplacement impeccable pour rayonner sur toute l'île de Terceira. Un espace de baignade est accessible à pied depuis la maison, très appréciable ! Les lits étaient un peu durs à notre goût, mais en tres bon état ! Bref, un magnifique séjour et de belles decouvertes sur Terceira ! Merci encore a Rosimeire et Ruben pour leurs conseils et leurs rapides réponses !!
