Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Studio with pool and jacuzzi

Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, 160 cm bed, TV and WiFi. Access to heated pool (May to September 15), outdoor space shared with the owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.

Independent accommodation

Located at the entrance to Capbreton, the city center is 2 km away. On site: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge. In the bathroom, the washing machine is available. The living room is equipped with a sofa that converts to a 140 bed. An attic bedroom, a 90 bed that can be split for 2 people. The staircase is protected by a barrier, children can play safely. TV and WiFi available. Base price is set for 2 people. No pets except in exceptional cases.

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Mount Etna

The "L'Etale" apartment has been completely renovated and designed to accommodate guests looking for a unique experience in the heart of downtown Hossegor. Staying at "l'Etale" is the assurance of a successful vacation and being able to enjoy the lake, park, golf course, shops, beaches and many other activities on foot! Following the current crisis, we are implementing a very precise disinfectant cleaning for the safety and comfort of all.

Welcome to this exceptional apartment, perched on the 5th floor with elevator, overlooking Hossegor’s central beach, a world-famous surf destination. With direct beach access, plenty of restaurants nearby, shops just a short walk away, and the town center within easy reach, everything is in place for a carefree stay. Independent ground floor apartment in a house (where the owners live), refurbished on a 900 m2 garden, with a private part for the apartment. Only 9 minutes from Capbreton or Labenne-Océan. The pool is also heated before and after the season. Approximately from May to October depending on weather conditions. ATTENTION ⚠️ regarding nights in July, rental is by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Thank you
