Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Anini Beach

This home is in a remarkable location with beautiful gardens and situated on a golf course with very few people. It is extremely private and has great amenities. A true gem!

My girlfriend has a sixth sense for finding amazing places (she hunts recommendations like treasures) and once again she nailed it. This property delivered - spotless, spacious two-bedroom layout with efficient cooling that saved us during some hot Kauai days. Best part? The location. You're on one edge of the island's half-circle layout, which was perfect for us. Less traffic, fewer crowds, no sprawl. Just a quick walk to stunning beaches and a short drive to Hanalei, our favorite town on the island. We woke up to gorgeous views every morning. Mala the cat became our unofficial vacation buddy, showing up for afternoon naps on the regular. You'll need to keep the bedroom doors open at night for the heat pump to cool you. Also grab groceries before arriving - the kitchen starts completely empty. Worth every penny for a perfect Kauai home base.

This was a perfect place for our family vacation! We loved the location. It was a quick drive to Hanalei, a short walk to the coffee shop and grocery store, and a lovely bike ride to the Anini Beach trailhead. The home had everything we needed plus the bonus details of AC in the bedrooms, six bikes, ping pong table, hot tub, outdoor shower, plenty of beach gear for snorkeling or lounging. We enjoyed having a relaxing and quiet home to come to each evening. Our adult kids (who are on their own in busy careers) came with us so the time to just relax and be together was great. We all agreed that Deborah’s lovely and quiet home is the perfect place and we plan to stay here every time we return!

We loved our time at this home, perfect place for our family of 7. Super clean, spacious, safe / quiet neighborhood, A/C was awesome, beach chairs / towels/ umbrellas, on and on. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

So much to say about this place. If you are comparing listings… just book this one, you won’t be sorry. This house was so comfortable especially the beds, we slept so good. It is a completely air conditioned house! It gets humid and hot here. Lots of places have ac in the bedrooms but not the living room, kitchen, etc. This is also the only Airbnb that I didn’t need to rinse dishes off before using them and my feet were not dirty from walking around inside; IT WAS SO CLEAN! Everything we needed was available from kitchen utensils to beach towels and more. The neighborhood that this house is located in is more on the luxury side and great for walking. Very safe and convenient with stores and restaurants in walking distance. My children and I felt so comfortable here and I’m so glad we found this place.

Party of 7 - took advantage of the short walk to queen’s bath, bike rides to sunset views, and it’s conveniently located close to grocery and Hanalei town/beach. The house itself was great, private, and quiet. AC was a plus since it was high 70s, low 80s during Memorial Day weekend/week. Recreational equipment was a bonus since we didn’t have to rent them - including a cooler we filled every day we spent the full day out. Host was gracious and quick to respond to messages to offer local tips and even notified us when the house was ready and bit early. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling with little ones.

We loved our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and had very comfy beds and great bedroom AC. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. We loved sitting on the lanai surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers and loved the soft sound of the Palm tree fronds rustling in the breeze. Nice constant ocean breeze outside helped keep us cool outside. The area was very convenient and walkable to Brenneke Beach and Poipu Beach. Several good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. The shops at Koloa were very nice for shopping and restaurants. And Koloa town was also very close and nice for shopping and had some food trucks. Easy 25 minute drive from airport. An hour and 15 minutes to Tunnels Beach on North Shore. Easy 20. We enjoyed snorkeling on Poipu Beach and Tunnels Beach. The home was very well equipped for all our needs. Can’t wait to return. :)

Perfect place in terms of location and size. Very lovely

WOW we loved this location so much!!! Right across the parking lot there are shops and an ABC market. Then RIGHT next door is Imua coffee which has the besttt coffee and gf df bfast item. Then the hotel next door has yoga every morning at 830am- drop-ins allowed for all!! This Airbnb has some units in the building operating as hotel, so it very much gave a hotel feel with spectacular grounds and clean everywhere. Would recommend for proximity to airport, and distance to north and South Island.

The place was great and we enjoyed being on the second floor. You do have to pay extra for the AC, but there is a good breeze so AC wasn't necessary for us all the time. The condo was nice and the washer and dryer were a great added bonus. Parking was easy, and the location was great!

We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was very quiet, felt very private and safe. Jen was a great host, very responsive and so welcoming to our family. The lagoon view resort retreat was great checked all of the boxes for our family of three. It was centrally located to everything on the east side of the island. We fell in love with Kaua’i and will be back. We highly recommended staying at Jen’s place.

We had a great stay at the Wyndham Bali Hai Princeville. Beautiful neighborhood with places to walk and some beautiful hidden beaches.

We didn’t get to stay in the place we tried to book, but Michael found us another option for a good price. The Cliffs hotel was a bit outdated, our unit had a leak in it from the ceiling while we were there and the staff there weren’t the most helpful… but none of that was Michael’s fault. Just something worth noting about the Cliffs itself. The view from the cliffs was beautiful though, so if you stay there make sure to spend an evening on the lawn chairs overlooking the ocean. Close to everything in Princeville. Thank you Michael for your help.

This place is fantastic. Check-in happens at the reception just as for other resort guests. The resort is quiet and the room is clean and equipped with everything you need incl. lots of kitchenware, a washing machine and a dryer. Would not choose this resort without having a rental car, but with a rental car this is the perfect location to explore the island from.

AMAZING: The mattress felt just like our European Sleep Design WONDERFUL mattress at home. We slept well and were pain-free in the morning! A great plus! GREAT: Television options and the beautiful view. PERFECT: The location. Once we had our bearings, we discovered we were perfectly located to some of the best restaurants around. They were within minutes. Dining is our favorite, so we were very pleased. The beach between The Plantation and the Sheraton was ideal, not rocky as is common around the island. MEH, not impressive: The extras. The lawn chairs, bougie boards and play equipment were too old and dingy to even touch, let alone put a half-clothed body on. In dire need of replacement. Unusually bad compared to like items used in Maui, Seal Beach, Mendocino. The Athletic Club was not nice at all. The grounds are simply lovely here and walking alone at night was incredibly safe and enjoyable. If we were to return to Kauai, we would not hesitate to rebook Jonathan's place.
