Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Annakhil

I loved the apartment, easy to get to, the staff is very friendly and attentive at all times, everything is very clean, I felt at home, it is also close to restaurants, super grateful for the treatment, I will not hesitate to return!!

My stay at Mr. Assaad's went very well, everything was up to par, the apartment is faithful to the photos, kitchen equipment intact, and very quiet residence. Convenience store 2 min from the residence, pharmacy too In short, I highly recommend if you want to spend a relaxing stay, well located in the center of the city, accessible to several places on foot. I will probably go back 🙏

Very nice and clean place. It is as per description and the photos are accurate. They seem to be strict about Moroccan law on unmarried couples and even have a camera at the door. Non issue for me, but it might be for some.

I had an exceptional stay at Hanane's! The welcome was warm, attentive and really sincere. The accommodation was impeccable, well located and perfectly in line with the listing, even better. stunning villa. big and nice. The cinema is a real plus with access to netflix and youtube. the location is very good - outside Marrakech and close by car. we were able to park our cars without any worries: 1 inside and the other on the parking driveway. the place is monitored. Jamel is very responsive and attentive. Rachida is a great cook too. great experience - which I would recommend and would do again.

This place was great to stay with my family. The villa was clean and had everything we needed and didn’t disappoint. The host was great and responsive and made sure we were okay throughout the whole stay. My whole family loved the villa and I would definetly recommend to families and groups to stay here.

Absolutely lovely home. Much better than the photos. Very clean, the lady that was cleaning the house made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It was literally our home for the week. She was so kind and helpful and caring. Saeed the guy I was corresponding is very kind and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our queries. With a delayed flight, he found us emergency accommodation for an extra night without a question. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so kind and caring. Lovely people, lovely country! Absolutely will be recommending to my friends and family & will book again for sure. Kind security, kind driver and kind house lady. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special

Simon was so wonderful and the check-in was so smooth Zahra was so special and amazing made us a lovely breakfast every morning. The whole communication was amazing. They even got us groceries that were there upon arrival. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this. Riyadh the air-conditioning worked great the rooms were wonderful and we had an amazing amazing time highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rouge over Easter in April 2025. A family of five plus my parents, we had plenty of space indoors and out. The two pools (one heated) were perfect for both warm and cooler days. The large, beautifully kept garden gave the kids lots of space to run around, play football—and even spot a few tortoises! The house is spacious and comfortable, with multiple areas to eat, play games, and relax, including a big projector for evening movies. Yassine was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Jamila, the housekeeper, was a superstar—she went above and beyond and even cooked meals for us as an optional extra. The owner also called from France to check in, which was a lovely touch. The villa is about 20 minutes from the Medina and 10 minutes from a large supermarket, so we'd consider a car essential. We’d happily recommend Villa Rouge to others, and hope to return. Brilliant villa. Great location too - close to airport. Excellent services provided e.g. chef for breakfast, daily cleaning etc. rare for Airbnb Residential area so stock up on groceries/snacks and a car or having a driver may be useful / or keep a taxi drivers number definitely! Only slight issue was the jacuzzi was not ready but when I contacted the host he immediately sent an outcall which was a fantastic response. Top facilities - kept us entertained throughly.

Simo was an exceptional host—welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. The villa was exactly as described: spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and Simo made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very good communication with Cédric from the beginning, and any doubt or suggestion resolved it without any problem. The apartment is great , very comfortable and has everything we need. It also has super markets like the Carrefour and nearby shopping centers. Also close to sightseeing. I recommend it at 100x100.

The apt has a really good vibe to it and makes you not wish to leave. It's very comfortable and well equipped. it's excellently located and very central making many places walkable yet it's peaceful and away from noise. the sound of the frogs from jardin majorelle in the distance is really magical. And nouzha is very responsive and helpful. a great place

Naima & Salim has a gorgeous house & and they are even better hosts. Special thanks to Salim for helping us with such a smooth checkin and then a perfect 4 night stay. Everything was impeccable and much more than what we expected. A big thank you to Salim again for helping us with arranging local cabs for travelling around and also local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying at Naima & Salim's place.

Located near the airport, which we were looking for for an early morning departure. The apartment is perfect for a family, we were 6 people. It is clean and corresponds exactly to the photos. In addition, Abdel is responsive and very friendly.

The host Hilba was excellent and remained in contact with me through out my stay to ensure everything was ok. I requested an iron to iron my shirts and Hilba organised one to be delivered immediately. Excellent stay for my short time in Marrakesh, thank you Hilba :)
