Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

THE MAZOT - This beautiful wooden chalet can accommodate 4 people + Baby. Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). An ideal base for hiking, skiing, cycling or simply reconnecting in a quiet and rejuvenating setting. Here, luxury is nature, here we slow down, we reconnect

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.

Just for you 75 m2 cottage by the river in a quiet environment between Annecy and Geneva and close to tourist spots You will enjoy 2 outdoor terraces, one of which is sheltered in a 5000 m2 park a real cocoon of tranquility in the heart of nature for a return to the sources and a disconnection during a stay. No pets are allowed due to the proximity of a stud farm and the passage of horses on the road.
