Charmante maison avec vue splendide sur le lac du Bourget dans toutes les pièces, pour profiter du calme, à l’écart de l’agitation de la plage principale. JUILLET ET AOÛT et Vacances Noël / Jour de l’an : 7 NUITS MINIMUM DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI Elle est au bord du lac d’Aix-les-Bains et au centre du village de Conjux (73310), rénovée, équipée et aménagée avec goût. De 120m², permet d’accueillir jusqu’à 9 pers, située à 70 mètres à vol d’oiseau du lac, avec une petite plage juste en contrebas.

Nature Retreat Close to Geneva. A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Une surface habitable de 195 m² permet d’accueillir des grandes familles ou des regroupements d'amis dans de très bonnes conditions. Il se compose d’une partie gîte et une partie loft pour les enfants . Une configuration permettant un lieu convivial pour les parents et un lieu de vie pour les enfants / adolescents. A l’extérieur 2 terrasses et 1 jardin aménagé.

The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.

Gîte du Feu – Parc des Bauges

Within the Parc des Bauges in Savoie, part of the Gîte des 5 Éléments, this spacious (150 m2) and serene accommodation will welcome you with family or friends. A forest (7,000 m2), a vegetable garden, views of the Bauges and Belledonnes, a large lake nearby, position this cottage in a setting of nature and harmony. Services, by reservation, such as breakfast, table d'hôte, massage, organic wine tasting, catering, mountain guide, mountain biking, will be offered.

Welcome to the Villa du Lac. Here, rest is assured in the heart of nature. Come and enjoy water activities and nearby hikes (for all levels). Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

Warm 220 m² farmhouse, classified as furnished tourist accommodation ***, located between Lake Annecy and Albertville: ideal for relaxing, close to various attractive sites. A few minutes' walk: hiking trails, landscaped lake, Albertville/Annecy bike path, climbing rock, restaurants and bakery. 15 minutes by car: Lake Annecy, cinema, paragliding, and all useful shops. Less than 45 minutes away: ski resorts, Annecy, Albertville, Conflans, etc.

c'est comme un endroit secret cette petite maison posée à flanc de colline avec une vue merveilleuse sur le lac complétement indépendante, construite à l'entrée de la propriété, elle est sans vis à vis, avec un confort haut de gamme, une grande terrasse de 70m2 avec un spa privatif, sous abri, ayant en ligne de mire le lac. Cette maison est uniquement pour 2 personnes adultes sans enfant (aucun rajout de personne supplémentaire n'est possible).

Ideal for 4 people, renovated by us with the charm of exposed beams and stones, this accommodation offers a beautiful living room overlooking the private garden. You can take your meals on the shaded terrace, and relax, with a clear view of the valley and the mountains, also appreciable from the two large bedrooms. Perfect also for resting in peace during a professional stay!
