Holiday rentals with beach access in Annecy-le-Vieux

The apartment was very clean and in a great location, with everything in walking distance. Laurence communicated clearly, well in advance, and was very friendly throughout. We’d be happy to come again!

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Lovely balcony on 2 sides of the residence with excellent seating and even loungers. The only downside is the through road between the residence and the lake. This causes some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. bike paths around the lake.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie’s place. The flat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the lake, shops and the old town and the neighborhood was quiet. We had no problems getting a park out the front or on the street (free).

Perfect from start to finish, an apartment very well located for our family with children, very nice and well-appointed accommodation. Christine was able to give us confidence quickly and give us the right information and directions to make our stay go smoothly, I highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to be able to stay in this accommodation again. The apartment was in an absolutely perfect location in the old medieval town section of Annecy, we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Inside, the place was beautiful, so comfortable and smartly organized with everything one could need, clearly with the traveler in mind. If you want to experience the stunning beauty of the city, walkable to so many shops, churches, great restaurants, the lake and the canals surrounding the ancient buildings, parks and lakeside walks, you will not be disappointed in Oceane’s place. She was always at the ready for communication too. We didn’t cook too much (so many great food shops and restaurants everywhere!!) but if you wanted, the kitchen was supplied with anything needed to prepare meals. And the views from the apartment window!!! The canals, views of the Alps and old castles right outside. Airbnb reviews state that “ we would stay here again,” and in this case my wife and I truly mean it. We are anticipating another trip next year.

superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

Great location. In the heart of the city. Close to everything. Being tall was slight issue but overall was happy with location and the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay. Jérôme is a wonderful host, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat. He was helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The apartment is exactly as described. A perfect, quiet location outside of the busy old town which is what we wanted. Parked outside on the street with no issues. Would highly recommend and would visit again ☺️

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and great for families. The dock drops into waist-deep, crystal clear water with a soft sandy bottom. The only problem was that the backyard was too good—our kids never wanted to leave to go sight-seeing! The concierge staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to book local experiences for us that aligned with our unique needs. It’s within walking distance of one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to: Matt and Lulu’s. Also a short walk from the boat dock where you can rent paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, SUPs, etc. We would absolutely come back again!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. We had a great family stay in Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very pleasant and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and organized to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.
