Holiday rentals with beach access in Annecy-le-Vieux

I needed to attend the Annecy Festival and this place was a five minute walk from Bonlieu which was perfect for me. The apartment was nice and spacious and had a lot of amenities and the hosts even had some snacks, coffee, etc for me which was lovely of them. I had everything I could ask for and they were very responsive. I was there for a week and later in the week it got really, really hot but luckily they had an A/C in the living room, which was a lifesaver. They were also flexible about my check-out which was very helpful as my flight was in the afternoon. Would def stay again!

Great stay with Nathalie! The place matches the photos nicely, is very clean, and the little park outside is very nice in providing greenery. Walkable 5 mins to carrefour and 25 mins into the main city. The apartment had very good amenities for a week long stay, and the bed was very comfortable and place quiet. In particular, Nathalie was very kind in welcoming me personally and providing great tips throughout my stay. Highly recommend for a solo visit or 2 person stay!

Logement très agréable, très bien situé. Le parking est très proche du logement cependant sa taille ne peut contenir qu’une petite voiture. L’organisation pour l’arrivée comme pour le départ est parfaite et Laurence très réactive et à l’écoute ! Nous y retournerons volontiers.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie’s place. The flat was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the lake, shops and the old town and the neighborhood was quiet. We had no problems getting a park out the front or on the street (free).

What could be more French as the accommodation is a modern apartment above a Master Bakers or Patisserie. The location is close to the old Town and the bus route is close by. The parking is important and although there is parking outside the Patisserie it is only 1 and half hours so your host Sibylle has provided another more secure spot located in the adjacent block of flats. Sibylle lives near by and was able to meet us and show us the apartment and again help us with the controls of the new induction oven. The best recommendation was to use the bus and leave the car in private parking and naturally being in France you can collect your newly baked bread from 0.6.30am

superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

Le séjour dans ce logement était parfait ! Il correspond totalement à la description. Notre arrivée a été parfaite grâce aux descriptions envoyées. Le logement était très propre, près de la voie verte ce qui est un plus, surtout avec les vélos à disposition ! La Clim a également été un gros plus pour notre séjour ! Le logement est complètement insonorisé, nous n’avons rien entendu malgré la route assez passante à côté ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Encore merci !

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end entre amies dans le logement de Dominique et nous en sommes plus que ravies ! Le logement est vraiment top, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Dominique est un hôte vraiment génial, il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous pensons déjà à revenir avec nos familles !

Alles war tipptopp. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und hatten wieder einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke!

Un superbe séjour dans une superbe maison. Toutes les bonnes conditions pour passer un agréable moment et se ressourcer au pied des montagnes et au bord du lac (et y piquer une tête tous les jours évidemment). Une hôte bienveillante et disponible pour assurer dans toutes les situations ! Vivement la prochaine halte savoyarde !

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous y allons et c’est toujours aussi top ,tant le logement que les recommandations pour les activités. Une très belle maison avec le confort d’un top niveau et d’une propreté impeccable Proches de la plage,des resto et commerces. Des personnes très réactives et agréables. Armand est vraiment un super hôte! Super accueillant et disponible. Logement très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pied du lac) dans un endroit résidentiel paisible et facile d'accès. Tout était très propre, et la literie vraiment confortable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce cadre magnifique. Un petit plus pour le cadeau qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Merci pour ce merveilleux week end.

Studio joliment aménagé et fonctionnel, avec espace extérieur dans une résidence sécurisée au centre de Duingt avec accès direct au lac...vraiment très agréable !

Un appartement très bien conçu. Très fonctionnel. A proximité de la plage de Menthon Saint Bernard... petite balade le soir avec le lac et ses lumières changeantes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans l’appartement de Vincent et Fanny. Ce sont des personnes très agréables et arrangeantes. Pour exemple, nous avons été confrontés à des embouteillages sur la route ce qui a décalé notre arrivée à plus tard que prévu, mais ils se sont montrés compréhensifs et se sont organisés pour nous accueillir même tardivement. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien décoré, situé à 10 minutes en vélo d’Annecy, avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 😉

Franck et Anne-laure sont très accueillants , bienveillants . l'appartement est super cool, un bel angle de vue au lac et aux montagnes . Anne-Laure m'a communiqué les bonnes adresses des restaurants et activités à faire . l'appartement est à côté du lac, du petit port . on s'y sent bien. on voit que kes propriétaires sont soigneux . Je recommanderai ces hôtes.

Je souhaite encore remercier Charlotte pour nos échanges et sa forte compréhension lié à notre séjour professionnel sur Aix-les-Bains. Un vrai plaisir de voyager dans un Airbnb extrêmement bien situé dans la ville et une hôte qui est disponible et serviable. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Le logement est calme et donne sur une cour intérieure. Le garage privé est un réel avantage. Les instructions pour accéder au logement étaient très claires et bien indiquées. Je recommande très fortement cet appartement !
