The apartment has a shared staircase with the ground floor. The house is located in the village of Rybitwy next to Józefów on the Vistula River. The property has a gazebo with a grill, a playground, a game room and a place for a bonfire. Bicycles are also available. Nearby, the Wyżnica and Vistula rivers flow, where kayaking trips are organized.
