Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Lovely studio 23m² in traditional island style, on the Koufonissi island (small Cyclades). The property is at the quiet side of the main village (Louros area): 450m (4 mins walk) to the central beach of the settlement (Ammos beach), 300m (3 mins) to the nearest taverna, pharmacy, super market, medical centre, 400m to the travel agent's and ATM and 800m (10 mins) to the port.
