Our house with a detached entrance and double balcony on the 1st floor is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is located 6-7 mins walking distance to Hidden Bay and Mandalya Bay and 1-2 min drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to provide transportation with local public transportation passing in front of our house every hour. It's also a fun way for those who like to walk.) Datça is close to the center and finding accommodation in nature is one of the factors that make our home special.

Serkan's garden house

Our house is 5-10 minutes on foot to the stony beach and the marina, the second floor of a house with a garden and the entrances are separate. I and my mother and father live downstairs, so our house can be called a family business. The house is in one of the most popular,safe, gurgling and traffic-free neighborhoods of the dataca for holiday, it is very clean and very close to the city park. Although we rent the second floor of our house, you can benefit from the facilities offered by our garden.

O Voskos, a 150 yrs old Symiaka house in chorio

The house is situated in the upper chorio, the oldest part of Symi in a very quiet area, ideal for social distancing. O Voskos consists of two floors, a charming backyard & a small terrace with a panoramic view of the three bays (Nimborio, Yalo, Pedi), the Turkish coast and the medieval Castle ruin. Built in stone and recently renovated, it has an authentic moussandra, wooden flooring and antique furniture. Far enough from the touristic infrastructures and its noise, you will sleep peacefully.

Your family will be close to everything you need, as the accommodation is located in the most central part of the island. Right next to you there is a Super Market, a cafeteria, a bus stop and a taxi. Within 60 meters you will find the public parking, the health center and the playground. At 150 meters there are 2 more Super Markets, 2 bakeries and a butcher shop. Also, in 3 minutes on foot you are in the square of the Village with the traditional cafes and restaurants.

House is located in the center of Niborios bay and provides private swimming area. Veranda and bedrooms are orientated to the sunrise provides the views of the stunning, peaceful surroundings far from the city noices. We will meet you in the harbour upon arrival and drive you to the house.

Our house with a separate entrance and private garden use is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is 6-7 minutes walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay and 1-2 minutes drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça by car in 2 minutes, it is also possible to provide transportation by local public transportation passing in front of our house every hour. It's also a pleasant walking path for those who enjoy walking =)

In the heart of Symi Island, The Old Symi are an amazing gateway for those who seek accommodation just a few steps from the center of Symi. The apartments have been renovated in 2019, combining the old and traditional design that will immediately charm you. Maisonettes 1 to 4 can accommodate up to 4 guests each, Studios 5 and 6 can accommodate up to 3 guests each, and Studio 7 can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

I am resident in a suite apart from the main house. The Villa has a spacious private patio with a breathtaking view of the Pedi Valley, Bay, and the Agean to the mountains of Turkey.
