Our house with a separate entrance and double balconies on the 1st floor is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk=) Being close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature are the elements that make our house special.

Serkan's garden house

Our house is 5-10 minutes walk to the stony shore and marina, it is the second floor of a house with a garden and the entrances are separate. My mother, father and I live on the ground floor, so our house can also be called a family business. The house is in one of the most favorite, safe, noise and traffic-free places of the Datça for vacation, it is very clean and very close to the city park. Although we rent the 2nd floor of our house, you can benefit from the facilities offered by our garden. Barbecue, tea and coffee enjoyment etc.

O Voskos, a 150 yrs old Symiaka house in chorio

The house is situated in the upper chorio, the oldest part of Symi in a very quiet area, ideal for social distancing. O Voskos consists of two floors, a charming backyard & a small terrace with a panoramic view of the three bays (Nimborio, Yalo, Pedi), the Turkish coast and the medieval Castle ruin. Built in stone and recently renovated, it has an authentic moussandra, wooden flooring and antique furniture. Far enough from the touristic infrastructures and its noise, you will sleep peacefully.

At 150 meters there are 2 more Super Markets, 2 bakeries and a butcher shop. Also, in 3 minutes on foot you are in the square of the Village with the traditional cafes and restaurants.

The Old Symi 3

In the heart of Symi Island, The Old Symi are an amazing gateway for those who seek accommodation just a few steps from the center of Symi. The apartments have been renovated in 2019, combining the old and traditional design that will immediately charm you. Maisonettes 1 to 4 can accommodate up to 4 guests each, Studios 5 and 6 can accommodate up to 3 guests each, and Studio 7 can accommodate up to 2 guests.

SeaMe I

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.
